Andrea was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. After graduating from Saint Joseph's College, she attended Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington, where she was a Moot Court Octo Finalist and a member of the External Team. As an External Team member, Andrea represented IU Law School in Moot Court competitions across the country.

After law school, Andrea returned to Fort Wayne to practice with a local mid-sized law firm. In 2007, she was recruited to help grow a Fort Wayne office for one of Indiana's premier firms, Locke Reynolds LLP (now Frost Brown Todd LLC). In 2009, Andrea joined her former colleagues at Bobilya Law Group.

Andrea has gained extensive litigation experience throughout her career. Over the past years, Andrea's practice has become heavily concentrated in the areas of family law, domestics relations, and matrimonial law. Andrea has represented clients in various types of domestic relations issues, including dissolution of marriage, child support, child custody, parenting time, paternity, and adoption. Andrea handles all aspects of such matters, including initial investigations, settlement negotiations, alternate dispute resolution, motion practice, trial, and appeals.

Andrea is committed to her family and community. Each year, she volunteers for the Allen County Bar Association Legal Line and takes on multiple pro bono cases. Andrea also serves as Judge Pro Tempore for the Allen County Superior Court - Small Claims Division.

Andrea has served as a soccer coach for the youth rec league at the Fort Wayne Sport Club, where she was the first female voted into the membership. Andrea has also helped local schools, coaching students at South Side High School and Canterbury Middle School. She also served as a board member of the South Side Foundation and Alumni Association.

In her free time, Andrea loves to spend time with her husband and two children. Together, they enjoy playing sports, camping, and traveling.
